Eligibility for a 100% Refund
An order is eligible for a 100% refund, including return shipping costs, only under the conditions listed below.
Return Period
All return requests must be initiated within 3 days from the date the customer receives the product.
Acceptance Criteria
- A wrong item was sent by ToolsEngg instead of the item originally ordered.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with the original price tags, labels, and invoice.
- The return package must be packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and verified to be unused and undamaged, a full refund, including the shipping charge, will be initiated through PayPal or Bank Transfer.
Exceptions
- If a customer chooses to return an item during transit or after delivery, and the shipped product matches the original order specifications, the order will not be eligible for return.
- Returns are accepted only in specific cases, such as an incorrect product, a damaged item, or a dimensionally inaccurate product.
International Customs Duties & Import Taxes

When goods are shipped internationally, they may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other regulatory fees imposed by the destination country's authorities. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price.
- Prices shown at checkout cover only the cost of goods and international courier charges for door-to-door delivery. They do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or any other charges levied by the destination country.
- Customs clearance payments must be made promptly by the customer upon demand by the courier or local customs authority. Failure to do so may result in shipment delays, storage fees, or refusal of the goods by customs.
- Goods destruction on non-payment: If the customer fails to pay the applicable customs duties or import charges, the courier company or customs authority may instruct that the goods be destroyed, abandoned, or disposed of in accordance with the destination country's import regulations. ToolsEngg.com bears no liability for the loss of goods under such circumstances.
- No refund will be issued in the event that goods are destroyed, seized, abandoned, or returned to origin due to the customer's failure to complete customs clearance or pay the applicable import duties and fees.
- We strongly recommend that customers research the import regulations and expected duty rates applicable to their country before placing an order. ToolsEngg.com is unable to predict or advise on specific duty rates, as these vary by country, product type, and applicable trade agreements.

Cancellation Window
An order can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever occurs earlier.
Cancellation Fees
- A 7% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the total invoiced amount at the time of refund processing.
- Any additional charges incurred by ToolsEngg.com due to the cancellation may also be deducted from the refund amount.
Post-Dispatch and 24-Hour Limit
Once a product has been dispatched from our premises, or once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, the order can no longer be canceled.
