We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required from your end and we are unable to get a reply from you within 72 hrs , you will get 100% of your payment back.
If cancellation is from your side :
If your order is cancelled after payment, the charged amount will be refunded as soon as possible: within 24 hours if requested promptly with a 7% restocking fee deducted via PayPal. After 24 hours if you intend to cancel your order and the item hasn't shipped yet from our warehouse you need to contact us at infotoolsengg@gmail.com so we can take a decision based on each individual case. If your order has been shipped then it cannot be cancelled.
