Return Conditions

TE 100% Purchase Protection does not apply to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any other fees levied by the destination country's authorities. These charges fall entirely outside the scope of this protection policy.
Please be aware of the following:
- The checkout price covers only the cost of goods and international courier charges for door-to-door delivery. It does not include any customs or import-related fees applicable in your country.
- All customs duties and local import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid promptly upon request by the courier or customs authority.
- If goods are destroyed, seized, or abandoned by customs due to non-payment of duties, TE Purchase Protection will not cover the loss and no refund will be issued.
- We strongly recommend researching your country's import duty rates and customs regulations before placing an order. Duty rates vary by country, product classification, and applicable trade agreements.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled prior to shipment by contacting our Customer Support team or emailing infotoolsengg@gmail.com. Please note that any order that has already been shipped or dispatched cannot be canceled.
1. Cancellations by ToolsEngg
We will reach out to you if any portion of your order is canceled, or if we require additional information to process it. If we request info and do not receive a reply from you within 72 hours, the order will be canceled and you will receive a 100% full refund.
2. Cancellations by the Customer
If you wish to cancel an order after payment has been processed, the following conditions apply:
