Shipping from our end usually takes 1 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase on ToolsEngg.com. Most listed items are in stock, so you can place your order without hassle.
2. Do you offer cash on delivery?
No, we do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
3. What payment options are available?
For customers outside India, PayPal is our preferred payment method.
For customers in India, you can pay securely through Razorpay in INR. Razorpay also supports multiple international payment methods for selected currencies.
If you prefer a bank transfer, select the offline bank transfer option at checkout. We will email a proforma invoice with the relevant bank details for a smooth transfer.
4. How do I pay with PayPal?

The TE 100% Purchase Protection program guarantees that if your delivered item does not exactly match your ordered specifications, we will resolve it with free return shipping and a full replacement or refund.
You are fully covered and eligible for a replacement or a complete refund if your order encounters any of the following issues:
- Wrong technical specifications
- Incorrect tool geometry or type
- Incorrect quantity delivered
- Missing parts or standard accessories
- Material or manufacturing defects
- Item arrives damaged or dead on arrival (DOA)
Resolution Process & Timelines:
- 7-Day Window: Issues must be documented and reported within 7 days of delivery to initiate the protection program.
- Condition Requirements: The product must remain completely unused, untampered with, and returned alongside its original box packaging, labels, and packing slip.
- Resolution Action: Once the verified issue is acknowledged, we will coordinate the return shipping labels and immediately dispatch a corrected replacement or process a 100% refund.

6. Do you have a mobile app?

7. What is your return and cancellation policy?
Orders are eligible for a 100% refund, including return shipping, when the returned item meets our return conditions. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product is unused.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- Price tags, labels, and invoices are included.
- The return package is properly packed to avoid transit damage.
Once the unused item is received in good condition, the refund and return shipping amount will be initiated promptly. Cancellation is allowed before 24 hours or before dispatch, whichever comes first. A 5% payment gateway fee may be deducted from the refund amount, along with any other applicable cancellation charges.

12. Will I have to pay taxes if I am outside India?
No Indian GST is charged when the shipping or payment address is outside India. However, when goods are shipped internationally, they may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other regulatory fees imposed by the destination country's authorities.
All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price.
- Prices shown at checkout cover only the cost of goods and international courier charges for door-to-door delivery. They do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or any other charges levied by the destination country.
- Customs clearance payments must be made promptly by the customer upon demand by the courier or local customs authority. Failure to do so may result in shipment delays, storage fees, or refusal of the goods by customs.
- Goods destruction on non-payment: If the customer fails to pay the applicable customs duties or import charges, the courier company or customs authority may instruct that the goods be destroyed, abandoned, or disposed of in accordance with the destination country's import regulations. ToolsEngg.com bears no liability for the loss of goods under such circumstances.
- No refund will be issued in the event that goods are destroyed, seized, abandoned, or returned to origin due to the customer's failure to complete customs clearance or pay the applicable import duties and fees.
- We strongly recommend that customers research the import regulations and expected duty rates applicable to their country before placing an order. ToolsEngg.com is unable to predict or advise on specific duty rates, as these vary by country, product type, and applicable trade agreements.
Indian customers will pay GST as applicable to the product category.
